Overall, it’s a good hotel in a great location. Good restaurants nearby and friendly staff.
Our complaint is that our 2-bedroom suit only had ONE shower, which was a terrible surprise for us and quite frankly, unacceptable.

Staff on the desk were very polite and professional. Valet parking guys were super helpful, they even charged our EV for our long drive back home.

We were looking for a place close to the cruise port that had a kitchen and laundry as we were visiting Vancouver for a week before our cruise and this place had everything we wanted. Things we didnt like were minor; No table on the balcony and no USB ports.
