Best location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable room.

Amazing property and excellent staff. It was our first trip with a newborn baby and the hotel provided everything we would need as new parents, from infant bath tub to baby bouncer and diapers. The hotel also provided us a refreshment room upon check-in while we waited for our room to be ready so we could stretch and feed our newborn. The room was also very spacious and the property is very well managed. I'd highly recommend this to all travelers, especially parents of infants and toddlers.

The air conditioning was useless even though the temperature outside was quite reasonable. Had to leave teh window open to get the room temperature down to 19c. The staff are generally very helpful. The location is a bit remote, but it is very quiet and an easy walk to the Centraal train station and that area of town.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were professional, friendly, always happy to help and go over and above what is required. I would definitely recommend.
