Rooms were not ready for 3pm. Didn't have food options for people who arrive at the hotel after 1:30. Hotel was very strict on close times for bar and other amenities. Should have had more Caribbean fruit and food/drink options.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, gorgeous rooms, and a well-maintained atmosphere. There is no shortage of things to do, including spa treatments, live shows, bowling, a water park, a lazy river, and plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening (special kudos to Billy & Kitty). The food and drinks were excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit just about everyone's tastes. One suggestion would be to add a quality Mexican restaurant to the dining selection. The reason I did not give the resort a 5-star rating is because of a few issues that impacted our stay. The most concerning was seeing a large ROACH (not a beetle) crawling across the counter at the coffee shop. Additionally, the shower floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and the plumbing made a loud knocking noise whenever the shower was in use. Lastly, the section of beach directly in front of the property was difficult to enjoy. It was covered with protruding rocks and deep, fist-sized holes, making it uncomfortable and potentially hazardous to walk on. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay thanks to the beautiful property, excellent amenities, and great food and drinks. With better attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control, this resort would easily deserve a 5-star rating.

We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily visit again.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. Check-in and check-out both took much longer than expected. When we arrived, the resort was upgrading its room key system, which left us unable to access our room for several hours. It was frustrating after a day of travel. Another thing to be aware of is that there are no elevators to the guest rooms, so if you’re on an upper floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The staff was friendly, and the property itself was nice enough. If you’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before, this is probably a good starter resort. However, if you’re an experienced all-inclusive traveler, you may find it falls short compared to other resorts in the same category.
