Staff was great, especially Monika at the front desk. However, the property is showing its age. The non-renovated rooms were worn out and in need of complete redo. We were first given such a room and switched to a slightly smaller renovated room, which was brighter and had hard wood floors and far better. However, the materials used (e.g. closet) were cheap and workmanship in the room was not great and will not last well. Having an espresso machine was a positive. We also dined at the Asian restaurant which was ok. Once upon a time the hotel restaurants were quite good.

This hotel is outstanding, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave it couldn’t be better,the staff are amazing, rooms are the best I’ve stayed in.
Pool and gym excellent, breakfast world class too.
We will be returning soon.
