Nice and clean over the holiday weekend casino wasn’t busy. Food was really good. I loved the different options

Location location, close to the best attraction and restaurants. Rooms are small. The breakfast is good, although the amount of people having breakfast is a lot.

We loved it easy in and out less traffic

The property is well kept, very clean, beautiful view. All the amenities needed for your stay. 10/10

The proximity to the beach is excellent and using two e-bikes for up to two hours free allowed us to scoot down to the beach bike path and back up easily. The pool is lovely but was busy on the Labour Day long weekend. The rooms are well appointed and the staff very attentive. The fridge was not very cold but ok for waters. I’d stay here again.

First time staying at the Conrad at Resorts World Las Vegas. Lots of cons for this hotel but we will not be staying here again due to issues with the service. It first started before check in when I tried to add another night and late checkout for $75. I had to call and speak to multiple people to confirm both and when I got to the hotel both were not applied even though I spoke to multiple reservation agents beforehand who confirmed it. Second issue was once we arrived we asked about room service and they said it was 24 hours and it was not working on our phones and no one could help with this. Last issue was our room keys stopped working due to the late checkout and I had to stop by the front desk to get new keys 3 times (all new keys still didn’t work) ruining our last day and we had to wait a long time for security to escort me to our room so they could open it for us. Not being able to call and speak to anyone via your hotel room phone is crazy (only a virtual agent whom when I asked to connect the call to the front desk it hung up each time) I’ve never stayed at a hotel like this and I will not be coming back. Also we were told we would receive $100 dining credit which was never applied to our final bill. Very disappointed in the Conrad and will be staying at other hotels like FountainBleau and Wynn/Encore when I return to Las Vegas.

Nice and spacious room! Loved the private bathroom and rainfall shower-head! The water pressure was excellent! Our view was not great (we had partial views of the street out of the windows). Other than that wonderful stay..would stay here again!

Our room was great! It was clean and comfortable. We loved the lounge for cocktails. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay for the price. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with digital check-in, but everything went seamlessly. Room was clean, property was clean, location was amazing, and it’s conveniently located next to Bristol Farms (for an easy grab and go meal). This hotel is bare bones, but we felt safe, had a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed not having to drive home after our concert at the Hollywood Palladium (in walking distance). We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was top tier from start to finish from the cleanliness, phenomenal service & amenities, beautiful rooms throughout, and accommodations for working and relaxing, etc. The only thing we needed that the hotel didn’t have was a microwave but everything else was superb.
