- Air conditioner in our room was not working. It worked on and off eventually.
- Only received turn down service one night.
- Door security inside the hotel was rude and wouldn’t let my wife in one afternoon and physically moved to block her…not good.
- Trash in our hallway every day
- Overall, it needs better management that cares
