Extremely clean. Perfect location. Exceptional staff

Always a favorite place to stay the night before an international trip out of PTY. Love the reception area and tiki bar. Nice to have the small gift shop. Convenient shuttle runs every hour on the hour to the airport.

The property looks good online. The workers need to have a more sense of urgency. My room wasn’t properly cleaned. A beer bottle was found in the back of the nightstand. The bathroom had black hair all over. It is ideal in a city putting you close to everything. The pool is indoors and the gym is a nice size. The treadmill were turned off. I asked for a late checkout which was for 2pm and they told my family that they had to leave out the room. Mind you I had 2 room reserved. Apparently the workers didn’t communicate and somebody didn’t read the note. I stayed 2 days just to take my cousin back to the airport and I should’ve stayed at megapolis which is next door. I stayed there before and it is great. When we asked for our luggage it took over 30 minutes. The workers are not friendly. They didn’t offer any compensation but apologize for their inconvenience.

The location was perfect for its proximity to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. The Staff were Friendly, Respectful and Helpful. Not speaking the Language did not prevent us from getting our needs met. We stayed for 10days and enjoyed our time in this Hotel very much. I highly recommend.

Not speaking the Language did not prevent us from getting our needs met. We stayed for 10days and enjoyed our time in this Hotel very much. I highly recommend.

Beautiful property, nice room with the beautiful view , pools including 1 heated . Terrific staff , food, drinks. We truly enjoyed our stay. Pool staff along with the manager surprised me with balloons and gifts for my Birthday!
