A warm welcome from Vijay who seems to pop up everywhere with a warm smile and a cheery welcome. Fourth time I have been in the same room. It was warm, well appointed and with expected little extras. Breakfast was cooked to order and plentiful. The hotel has character and an old world charm to it that works.

I had an entire apartment right on the river Ness the view was beautiful and the location was walkable to several dining and shopping options and the Train and bus stations. My check in was contact less but the property was in beautiful condition including a very generous welcome basket and a lovely coffee and tea selection. This stay was amazing

Property was beautiful! Dinner was great. Gentlemen at the front desk and serving dinner were fantastic. Safes in room were broken as was the hair dryer. Minor, but something to consider fixing.

Lovely clean comfortable room, wonderful food, service at breakfast fantastic. Slightly let down by reception and bar staff service. No non alcoholic cocktails available.

The property itself is old and a bit rundown and does have overdue maintenance. However, the staff were warm and friendly for the most part and the rooms were clean.

Lovely hotel and breakfast was great.

Fantastic location - right next to train station and close to everything. Staff were amazing, room was a great. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend.
