The staff here was super helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is great- surrounded by mountains even if we didn’t technically have a mountain facing room. The building itself is beautiful. Walking around the first floor, you see lots of lovely common spaces. It feels very grand and fancy. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Wengen again.

The hotel is very close to the train station making it easy if you want to take a train to other parts of Switzerland.
Our room was renovated and very nice, but a few things I feel they need to address. There is no drawer space to put things away and the closet is small and much of the space is taken up by the iron and ironing board. We had trouble adjusting the heating in the room.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
