Room was awesome and clean! The only thing was the staff were very demanding with approaching us every time we got on the elevators about timeshare. Some were very rude.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The room was clean, loved the ipad and Alexa that controlled all room functions, and it was quiet! Espresso cafe is great! Had the best take away food that was healthy but also had delicious bakery items. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was great, and everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Really good hotel, the only thing is that the room was really cold. The cold air went through down the door and even with the heater was really cold. But other than that everything was great. It was a virtual check in and out and it was a smooth experience. Clean and good amount space for 2 persons. The parking is $10 a day and didn’t have a problem parking or with any noises at night. The staff was really nice and it was a great location you have everything around. Highly recommended!! I put a video on my tiktok yaami1517 with a room tour.
