Air conditioning in the middle of Europe’s heatwave that I had to turn down, it worked so well. The staff spoke English, which was helpful and they were very accommodating. The room was large, with a sitting area and a heated tile floor in the bathroom. My only complaint would be the slight smell of cigarette smoke emitting up from the basement casino.

Smooth check in with polite helpful staff. The hotel is spacious and beautifully designed internally and superbly positioned in central Krakow. Beds are really comfy which helps with having a solid nights rest. Gym and pool area are spotless and a welcome addition. Breakfast is top notch and worth every penny. Highly recommended hotel for a visit to this historic city.

Well it’s not a 5 star, neat and clean but hardly any staff, staff were good and polite but if you get hold of them as there were hardly, breakfast was super busy and chaotic as there were no staff.
