My partner Chris and I absolutely loved our stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas! From the moment we checked in, it felt like we stepped into a curated vibe—modern, stylish, and laid-back in the best way. The staff was super friendly and made everything feel seamless. The room? Immaculate. Spacious, clean, and designed with personality. We appreciated the separate vanity area, cozy bed, and tech-savvy lighting controls. We spent time at the pool and loved the energy—chill but still upscale. The resort pool was a whole mood: great food, great cocktails, and the ambiance was everything. It’s giving luxury without trying too hard. Location-wise, we liked that it was close enough to the Strip for fun, but tucked away enough for rest when we needed it. We didn’t miss the chaos one bit. If you’re traveling as a couple and want something that feels modern, thoughtful, and just plain cool—Virgin is it. We'll definitely be back!

Property was centralized. Enjoyed the promenade. My room did not have a microwave or fridge. Maybe in the future having wrist bands for key cards and self check out

Very nice property for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the one day they did some kind of maintenance on our floor and there was a bad chemical odor in the hallway

The room was very specious and clean

The hotel room we stayed in had issues with the shower. The first night the shower was too hot, scolding, like there was no cold water. They came to fix it the next morning but the water was still too hot, then after maybe 5-10 mins the water temp changed to too cold. They ended up giving us a $50 dinner credit for that first night. The second night I couldn’t be bothered notifying them again since it was tolerable compared to first night plus I rented 2 rooms so just ended up showering in the other room instead.

Amazing property, and I know this will be my Las Vegas hotel going forward!
