Outstanding stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! Located right in the business hub, it was incredibly convenient for the Canton Fair, yet peaceful enough for family travel. The area around the hotel has plenty of great shops and places to explore. The front desk team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in fast and smooth. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout our stay truly impressed us. We absolutely loved everything. Will definitely stay again on our next business trip to Guangzhou!

Location is strategic. The room is clean. The cleaner Long Chun Lane (龙春兰）from Level 26 made our stay very pleasant. She was very helpful and made sure our room is clean everyday. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. Love the welcome drink. The only thing is the name of the hotel is very confusing as it’s totally different from what I booked in the app. If coming from MRT, it’s difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. Lifts are a bit slow. Hope there will be a clear hotel signage at the lift area. Overall it’s a decent hotel. Thank you all for the warm hospitality!

Absolutely 5-star experience! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is super convenient, close to restaurants and transport. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds. Staff members were polite, warm and responsive to all my requests. Breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. I had a relaxing and wonderful stay, will definitely come back and highly recommend to everyone!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Location and Comfortable Stay The hotel is conveniently located near both the metro and bus stations, making transportation very easy. There are plenty of nearby dining options, including halal restaurants and a wide variety of international cuisines, which is extremely convenient. The room was clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. Check-in at the front desk was fast and efficient. The hotel also has a gym available for guests, which is a nice bonus. The front desk staff were very friendly and thoughtful, making the stay even more pleasant. I also really enjoyed the complimentary coffee provided daily—it tasted great. I would definitely consider staying at James Joyce Coffetel again on my next visit.

The hotel is spotless, and well maintained! Staff are really friendly specially Mr Feng! The laundry room is the bonus! You can wash and dry your clothes for free! Great view for the canton tower from the room and the bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended and I will definitely book it again when I visit Guangzhou in the future.
