Beautiful antique baroque style property with all the modern conveniences. Carved wooden artwork throughout hotel was wonderful. Meals excellent. Good blackout curtains and air conditioning .Staff helpfulness exceeded our expectations

Over the top great . . The second time was when I came off a 14 day trek to Mount Everest Base Camp . . Ms. Pramila came in on her day off just for me . . Serious!! Ms. Aayusha on the front desk . . Was exceptional in all aspects . . Professional. Positive. Outgoing. Perfect English. Natural talent in making clients feel welcome and special. I will be back . . Hotel had great ambiance. And was very relaxing. Staff we very attentive and helpful. Rooms large and comfortable. The restuarant had delicious food. In all a great hotel to stay at

Everything was amazing at the hotel. The staff was so helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The only suggestion for improvement that I have is to upgrade the toilets. They were kind of disgusting to look at.
