Lovely, attentive staff and a genuinely helpful concierge who booked us a fantastic dinner. I really can’t say enough about the entire staff from the moment we checking until to the end. This Hotel has One the most beautiful restaurant with fantastic service and food. I truly loved my room . The maid was keeping the room clean and paid so much attention to little details that my wife and I cared so much about. . Five star and Fantastic breakfast and dinner!!! All the waiters staff very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

NobleDEN is a great hotel placed perfectly near little Italy and Chinatown. Subway stops were not far away you are surrounded by great food options. The staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Always greeted you when you left and returned. Would stay here again. The view from the roof was pretty and a nice spot to relax. The rooms were clean and kept tidy. House keeping was friendly and helpful.

Property is old and in the process of being remodeled. Not all rooms are suitable for guests. My 70 year old mother’s room not only did not have a working A/C unit it only worked as a heater in the middle of NYC summer. We asked for a change and were told no other rooms were available. Asked for a refund to go to a different hotel and front desk responded claims need to be submitted by email and response received within 3 days. How does that help staying for 3 nights? Front desk personnel have no authority to provide any solutions and there’s no manager available during night hours. Terrible experience

We wish thr hotel can provide bottle water daily.

The Dominick is great & one of our favorite places to stay in the city. The elevators on the other hand are a nightmare. Friday night the line was wrapped from the elevators to around the corner to the middle of the lobby. You spend all your time waiting on one to arrive & specific ones go to specific floors. The service elevators were out also so that added to the problem. Everyone including staff complained about them.
