What a FABULOUS gem of a hotel !!! I almost don’t want to write a good review because I want to keep it all to myself. Incredible staff, super clean, and simply incredible design. A rare example of the hotel being actually better than the pictures. Bravo.

The location is the best, very convenient for both shopping and sight seeing. Room was clean and quiet. Free wifi is perfect, I need my ipad for entertainment. Will highly recommand this hotel for someone who travels in Hong kong.

Bathroom is a bit rusty and outdated. There is no power point to use hair dryer. No USB socket for charging. Blanket is so thin to keep the body warm. Luggage storage is $150/piece/day is incredibly.

The location of the hotel is central with lots of eateries/cafes/coffee shops etc. 2 blocks away from the Sheung Wan mtr makes it extremely convenient. Busy during the day but nights are relatively quiet compared to certain areas that are more vibrant such as Mong Kok or Causeway Bay.
It's our first time staying at the Mercer. We would stay here again. The room was clean and fair size with lots of drawers and storage space which we liked. The staff were helpful and polite. They even helped us call for a taxi after we checked out. Overall a good experience.

The elevator very slow.
Area is very easy to go around in HK. Subway is few steps away exit HK U B2 from airport or Bus A10
I like the bus much easier with luggage.
