Hotel that offers something different with the clean modern design, concrete floor, perimeter led light and glass bathroom cladding. Located few minutes walk to tin hau MTR, with bus / tram stops even closer. Reception is on 1st floor with two lifts in operation serving up to 32 floors if I remember, wait times have been minimal to none. Thou there is a flyover in front of hotel. Downside there is no breakfast, gym, restaurant or bar on site. Coffee shop on ground floor street level has shutdown. There are plenty of options to eat and drink in surrounding streets.

Very nice place for family

What started as a last-minute, slightly panicked booking turned into a great value stay. Nice, comfy rooms and good service from attentive staff. Complete breakfast at a fair price. Lively neighborhood. The lobby is very small and initially the alleyway entrance felt a bit sketchy, but once you understand the area, it actually becomes part of the property’s character.

The room is spacious by HK standards. We had a big area to walk about in the room and put our luggages. The staff were really friendly and made our stay wonderful. They even helped us get a bigger 4-seater taxi on the day we checked out as we had 7 luggages. We took one taxi directly to airport which made the journey easier and more economical (vs 2 taxis or to transfer to Airport Express line). Depending on whether you can walk, the only possibly a con wasthat we have to walk about 5 to 7min to the nearest MRT station at TST East Station (which was ok for me, but my group has young children and elderly). The toilet comes with Japanese style bidet which was so comfortable especially in the cold weather( the toilet bowl was heated). Overall, very nice and comfortable hotel. Highly recommended.

The room made us feeling like home. The harbour view is awesome. The staffs were very friendly, considerate and prompt to our requests. All in all, the experience is excellent.

Well appointed, excellent staff and comfortable rooms

Room was clean, however the bathroom shades/blinds are not able to be completely closed and the bathroom door is opaque, so come the morning the room is lit with morning sunshine when we want it to be dark and sleep in. The room design needs ensure proper black out capability

It is an amazing hotel and staff couldn't be nicer. Unfortunately there is a renovation going on and when we came back in the afternoon it was a sledgehammer going and it was so noisy you couldn't nap or read a book. The staff was very helpful and gave us a new room that was much quieter. They also very kindly let us do a late check out at 2pm the day we were leaving. A beautiful hotel in a great location but might have some noise hick-ups due to renovation at the moment.

Our stay was overall ok; that said we feel a little cheated by the photos shown on the property listing. Don't be fool by the photos, the property is not as new as the photos make it out to be. Internet connection was also slow at times (which is uncommon for Hong Kong) Otherwise staff we encountered are all very helpful and friendly. Location of the property is great, plenty of food options in the area.
