Wonderful property and area to visit. We visited in shoulder season so it appeared some staff were new or not as friendly as others. Overall really enjoyed our time. Pool and amenities were BIG hit with kids.

Carpet in Room 116 needes to be shampooed. The musty order started sinus headache. The bed was so low to floor, it was difficult to get out of bed., Hotel clean, room was clean other than carpet

I have stayed on the 1st floor and there were some noise by other guests and staff throughout the night. The noise from the ice machine doesn’t help too. If there are rooms on the 1st floor must review the logistics from the laundry and back office, because they’re on the 1st floor too.

Although the purpose of the trip was a funeral, the Harvest Inn was a perfect respite and a beautiful place to relax and reflect. The amenities were wonderful, including the complimentary bottle of wine. The room and the grounds were beautiful and peaceful. A perfect Napa Valley experience.
