"A good 5 star hotel with very big rooms and luxurious items and facilities within. The hotel facilities are good and the whole place is very artistic. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's not too expensive and is in a good location. The restaurant and bar are very good. The spa area is also very good. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in for its location and class. Highly recommended and would definitely return."

"It was very nice hotel, with shuttle transportation and located in a nice area with huge shopping one block apart. The breakfast is a buffet and if you don’t have time to enjoy it, it does not offer simple coffee and toast with butter and jam. This was the only thing that I suggest them to improve. The people at the front desk (depending, not all), were not very helpful. In many hotels they provide the information about everything. It was not the case with them when we checked in. "

"Amazing small studios, clean, comfortable, and in a great location just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The area itself is very quiet and family-friendly, yet only a 7-minute drive to Puerto Rico, where you’ll find plenty of bars and restaurants. The complex is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool area and a rooftop jacuzzi that’s definitely a highlight and a must-try. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there is a large car park right next to it that guests can use, which is very convenient. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The only small improvement would be to provide conditioner and body lotion in addition to the shampoo and body wash. Overall, a wonderful stay! I would definitely come back!"

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the food. The property is a lovely art deco style building that needs some updating but the rooms are spacious and the views of the port are great. The third time we have stayed here, the buffet breakfast is great with a nice selection and the food in the bar is great too. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Close to bus connections, easy walk to Triana where there is a great selection of shops and restaurants. Kids love the pool on the roof terrace although it was a bit windy during our stay so we didn’t spend too much time there. "
