"Stayed here for an event at the BIC. Ideal as only a 10 minute walk. Hotel nice and clean and staff friendly. Room well presented and laid out. Our only let downs were the bed, very very firm mattress which ment an uncomfortable nights sleep. Breakfast, not a bad selection just better quality ingredients on the hot side of things needed. Parking, advise you get there early as it’s only a small car park with tight spaces and it’s shared with the Hilton next door. "

"Everything was wonderful! The location is oerfect for a stroll down to Swanage and back, access to the beach is via some steep stairs but this means its nice and quiet. The room was very clean and bathroom was wonderful with more hot water than you could ever want. Food and breakfast were good with impecable speed and incredible views. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful, always happy to help and had a smile on their face."

"The room was clean, although the bathroom was on the small size. Didn’t use the swimming pool as It was too busy for the time we wanted to go. The car didn’t have much selection of beers on tap, but most Hotels don’t for some reason."
