"Hotel is not easily accessible and Uber and other hire vehicles do not often accept rides. There is no travel desk and minimum help to find cars for hire. In room dining service is very slow. Service that is promised in 15 minutes could get delayed by 60 minutes or more. The building needs a new coat of paint. Staff provide very odd reasons for declining requests and are not accomodating. Food is decent. Pretty yard.

area.The rooms were very nice but could be perfect with some more maintenance. The AC was very loud. The Wifi was very good. Meals were very good but a little bit expansive comparing with the restaurants around. We did not use the Ayurvera possibilties but heard that the service is excellent."

"We'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Negombo. It's in a perfect location for exploring and had a great pool which was an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. We could walk into Negombo to the local restaurants and cafes and it was a perfect start to our holiday. The rooms were well kept and clean! Thank you!"
