The open living room gives the view of the lake free and acts by the dominant greens friendly and reassuring. Of course, the view is even more impressive from the west balcony - with luck also in a wonderful sunset. Two bedrooms with 160 double beds, barrier-free sanitary area with shower and toilet, a separate toilet and switches and sockets in comfort height, these are our comfortable. The Comfortable 01 also has the possibility of extra bed for two additional guests (140s wall folding bed) in the spacious living area.

Whether for the short break with harbor flair at the weekend, as a starting point for long bike rides in the Leipzig Neuseenland, home port for water sports or relaxed retreat for business travelers - Z1-DAS HAUS welcomes you! With its individual architecture, the house is the face of the harbor on the southern shore of Lake Zwenkau. The architectural individuality continues in the design of the apartments - from the playful to the intimate to the generous. All apartments have, thanks to generous glazing, a fantastic view of the Zwenkauer See and the harbor. With the exception of the apartment 05, the sea-side balconies invite you to unwind or to heat up the electric grill. Whether by stairs or elevator, the apartments are accessed by a portico and offer, thanks to separate access, peace and privacy. All apartments have: - a spacious living area with: TV, BlueRay / DVD player and radio / CD / USB sound, - a fully equipped, open kitchen with: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and electric grill (if balcony ), - a sanitary area with floor-level shower, - one or two bedrooms with double bed. The other features such as bathtub, hammock, electric grill, raclette and / or fondue vary, depending on the apartment type.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
