"The hotel rooms don't come with an iron and ironing board. When asked the front desk for one they do not offer this amenity? Never received a complimentary Panorama card by email. Could of saved about Chf 20 during our stay."

"Wow! What an oasis from the business of life! Room was wonderful and spacious; beds were great. View from balcony and all eating areas is incredible. Staff was very responsive and helpful with one exception - wanted to make a shorter night by getting some bar food (as advertised) around 6 pm, but only alternative given was the formal dining at 7 pm. Love accessibility to funicular and train network. Grounds meticulously cared for."
