New holiday home Eifel-Atrium of the southern Eifel rock country

The Eifel-Atrium holiday home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large gallery that can be used as a combined dining, living and kitchen area. There are also two galleries with additional living areas. The open-plan layout and the large windows provide plenty of light and a spacious living feeling.

The holiday home is designed for 18 guests, of which a maximum of 14 beds are suitable for adults,

The special feature of this holiday home is the open-plan living area in the form of a gallery. The gallery extends through several floors of the house, providing light and openness throughout the building. The open-plan design, combined with the large windows, provides plenty of light and a spacious living feeling. Two galleries offer an additional retreat or reading corner without being completely isolated from the rest of the living area.

On the ground floor there is a cosy living area with cocktail armchairs and a Formula 1 tyre table. Right next to it is the dining area with benches and a large table for all guests. At the back is a large kitchenette with an American side-by-side fridge and six hotplates.

The house sleeps a total of 18 people, with a maximum of 14 for adults. There are two double rooms, two triple rooms and a dormitory with eight beds. There is also a sofa bed on each of the two galleries.

The gallery and the galleries in combination with the large windows make the holiday home open and bright. There is a bathroom with WC and shower on each floor.

In addition to central heating, the holiday home is equipped with an automatically filled pellet stove.

There is a large terrace with patio furniture, parasol and charcoal barbecue in front of and behind the house.

As the holiday home is located near 3 other holiday homes, the noise level in the evening should be adjusted to the time of day and it should be quiet outside from 11.00 pm. We are happy about nice, cheerful and sociable guests who want to meet in our house to spend time together. However, this must not cause any disturbance to our house or our neighbours. We expect consideration for furniture, noise levels and quiet at night. We therefore cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to the age of 25). Stag parties and drinking parties are also not welcome.

Das Haus ist toll für ein Familientreffen in ruhiger, naturnaher Umgebung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Bei Problemen mit der Pelletheizung wurde direkt gehandelt und das Problem behoben.Sehr empfehlenswert!

Familientreffen mit Gemütlichkeitsfaktor

Wir hatten Kindergarten- und Jugendlichenalter im bei den Kindern dabei, da haben sich die drei Ebenen im Haus mit den Emporen sehr angeboten, sich zu verteilen. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank groß, so dass alle Vorräte gut verstaut werden konnten.

Vermieter war sehr Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Schönen Aufenthalt.

Auch für Junge Gruppen gut geeignet wen man es nicht übertreibt ;) Zimmer und Raumaufteilung war sehr schön und es gab überall einen Schlafplatz für jeden. Nur hat uns ein Garten gefehlt.

Toller Aufenthalt mit 2 Familien

Alles super mit 8 Personen. Eine 3. Familie wäre auch ok, allerdings im Wohnbereich dann kein Platz für alle. Esstisch und sonstige Räumlichkeiten aber groß genug.

Nette moderne Unterkunft mitten im Nichts inklusive Zeckeninvasion

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön und geschmackvoll, allerdings schon etwas verlebt. Insgesamt muss hier an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden. Der Boden war dreckig (Nüsse und Chips vom Vormieter unterm Bett und hinter der Heizung), Flecken auf dem Tisch, die Küchenschränke kleben alle ganz fies und das Geschirr war größtenteils nicht sauber. Sonst fehlt es dem Haus an nichts und Platz gibt es mehr als genug. Ein grosses Problem waren aber die Unmengen an Zecken zu dieser Jahreszeit. Man konnte nicht mit den Hunden in den Wald und die Wanderwege erkunden. Nach jeder Runde hatten unsere Hunde etliche Zecken und trotz Absuchen nach jedem Spaziergang hatten die beiden etliche Zeckenbisse. So schlimm hatten wir dies in der Eifel noch nie. Wir haben dann von jeglichen Wanderungen abgesehen und sind nur noch asphaltierte Wege gelaufen. Das war wiederum nicht sonderlich schön, so das wir schon überlegt hatten vorzeitig abzufahren. Fazit: Wer Abstriche in der Sauberkeit machen kann, keine Angst vor Zecken hat und die totale Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist mit diesem Ferienhaus gut bedient.

Das Haus war super, aber leider gibt es keine 5 Doppelzimmer, so dass das Haus für 5 Paare weniger geeignet ist, sofern man nicht ein Gemeinschaftszimmer machen möchte.

Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in ihrem Haus

Wir haben in ihrem Haus ein sehr schönes Wochendende mit der Familie erleben dürfen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt , hell und modern eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dass auf jeder Etage sich ein Bad befindet, war für die Anzahl der Besucher im Haus von Vorteil. Insgesamt empfehlen wir die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Schönes geräumiges Haus. War perfekt eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet.( Lediglich eine zweite Thermoskanne wäre praktisch gewesen. ) Sehr zu empfehlen!

De woning beschikt over voldoende ruimte en faciliteiten voor een groep van 12. Ligt in een prachtige omgeving en in de nabijheid zijn voldoende winkels om boodschappen te kunnen doen. We gaan er graag nog eens naartoe!

Tolles Mädelswochenende

Das Haus war super ausgestattet, sauber und modern. Die Zimmer waren großzügig und die Betten auch bequem. Man kann sehr schön draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen und sich bei einem Rundweg, der direkt am Haus vorbei führt, die Beine vertreten. Auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet und Hr. Faust kam auch kurz vorbei um zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank!

Familientreffen für ein Wochenende

Sehr großes, schön geschnittenes, modernes und toll ausgestattetes Haus in idyllisch ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten das Haus für ein Wochenende mit 15 Personen gemietet. Das Haus ist toll geschnitten, wir haben bequem mit allen Teilnehmern im Wohnzimmer an einem Tisch unsere Mahlzeiten eingenommen und gemütliche Abende verbracht. Der Pellet Ofen ist eine tolle Ergänzung zu den Heizkörpern, einfach zu bedienen und verstrahlt wohlige Wärme in kurzer Zeit. Und sieht gut aus. Die beiden Terrassen sind sehr groß und gemütlich, die hintere ist ein schöner Rückzugsort. Die offene beeindruckend gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein. Es sind ausreichend modern ausgestattete großzügige Bäder vorhanden, so dass ich da keine Staus bilden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
