A charming period hotel opposite the Bahnhof. Extremely conveniently located for walking around Zurich. The staff are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful.

The staff is great, very professional and super helpful. Hotel is located in the heart of the city. lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The Only con is that the rooms are a bit small for the price other than that it was a wonderful hotel.

Services offered for some of the guests not all
Didn't receive all the service they provided to the other guests they say the provide services like butler and turnover at night for the room but they never pass by our rooms for butler i was walking to the other room and i saw the man passing by one of the rooms and offering them and telling the about butler service if that time I didn't pass by i wouldn't know anything and when I checked in they didn't tell me about it and they didn't tell me about the free mini bar and the free parking until I discovered and tell them that was very surprising and I didn't understand what the point of it and I complained about it couple of time and no use of it ......other guests who paid much less than what we paid they get better services than us

Great location , right on Bahnhofstrasse a two Minute walk from the main station . Wonderfully appointed rooms , staff ever willing to oblige , breakfast room wonderful too as was breakfast !

Wonderful Service in the heart of Zurich
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the heart of Zurich. The rooms are impeccably clean and the service is top notch. The rooms are getting a bit dated, in terms of decor and carpet. But the service, location and amenities still warrant a 5-star rating. The hotel should consider r vamping decor to keep pace with other 5-star hotels such as the Four Seasons, Mandarin and Ritz properties. But you won’t be disappointed in the amenities, location or level of service!

What a great experience for us to stay at this incredible hotel!! The location of this hotel is most desirable, but its best asset is its staff - they are just so welcoming and caring. I have a shout-out for Rene (Breakfast service) as he made sure we enjoyed in every way possible. He is incredible and made our fathers Day celebration very special. Thanks for such an amazing experience!

Dufour = Schweizerhof
Actually it wasn't worth paying premium for Dufour because it's just a name for a few "better" rooms within Schweizerhof hotel Otherwise all ok

Awesome property. The finish in the rooms was high quality. I suspect the hotel was recently updated. We were in a Suite so we had two bathrooms. This is literally across the street from the train station so it is great if you are planning on using the train. The staff was great. Spoke English. Bar was great. Breakfast was great. This is a 5 star in my opinion.

It was a great stay - the staff were terrific - the rooms were great and breakfast was amazing! We had to leave at 5 am and they went out of their way to put together a takeout breakfast at the last minute! Would highly recommend this hotel- location was perfect!!

The hotel had impeccable service. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The five star service was up to par with fruit platter, dessert dish, turn-down service, and snacks in room. The breakfast was not impressive. Disappointed with the Limited items for breakfast compared to the five star standard in the room.

Truly Exceptional
This is truly an exceptional place that continues to live up to its high standards. The overall service is impeccable and the included breakfast is delicious. We also enjoyed a few light meals at the café downstairs, which has wonderful outdoor seating. This hotel's location could not be more ideal -- right at the beginning of Zurich's main shopping artery and only 5 minutes from the old city center. Highly recommend!

Amazing family stay
I stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2 children (under the age of 4). The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist. We arrived early due to flight time and they let us check-in early. Amazing staff! The facilities were clean but the gym is a bit small. I would recommend for a family.
