Dear Bo lian, thank you very much for staying with us and posting this review. We require that all our guests confirm the check in email instruction that we send after the booking is made. Only after the confirmation the code for the apartment is enabled. In your case, we received the required registration late in the evening on the check in date. Therefore the code for your apartment wasn't activated until the moment we received all the required details from you. As for the other things, we apologize for this inconvenience. We will look closer to all these details and make sure that your next stay with us is more enjoyable :)
