I had a nice walk around the neighborhood- there are fields- it very rural. Breakfast buffet super nice. No one around at late check in: drop box.

Quick stay
Nice place for a quick over night stay,l. Room was smaller But comfortable. It was a little warm and only one super flat pillow per person. Breakfast buffet in the morning had plenty of choices for everyone.

Hotel does not have policy of changing bed sheets and pillow cover daily as one reception staff told me. So I had to ask him to give me bedsheet and pillow cover. Hotel room does not have fridge in the room. Otherwise it was an ok hotel for me. I will book again in the future. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nothing Special but Adequate
Property is OK, rooms were adequate. The property is located right next to the train station (100m) which makes getting into and out of Zurich a breeze. Staff unfortunately were pretty unprofessional having personal conversations and messing around at the reception desk which if it had been done on just one occasion at half the volume would have been tolerable.....

The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport by bus and next to the train station making it convenient to get to places. It was clean, contemporary and simple. The breakfast was a little mediocre.

Great value for the area. We needed a one night stay for the flight the following day. Breakfast bar was great, free coffee and tea all day. Nice patio area outside and nice seating area in the lobby. Room was clean and decent size.

Very convenient location. Less then 5 min walking to train station, free shuttle bus from Zurich airport. Good clean room, nice bed linen but pillows are the worst. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly personal.

Nice place. V close to a train station and the Zurich airport. V nice European breakfast with cheeses meats veges fruit and one of those coffee machines that gives you over a dozen choices. We had a small balcony overlooking trees and farmland. No AC, just open the windows or doors.

Great location to train station and airport.
Jet hotel is very convenient to the Rumlang train station. Check-in was easy. Front desk staff spoke english. Room was clean but simple plus a refrigerator!. AC did not work well and the control was not intuitive. Small tower fan in the room worked but was very noisey.

By Zurich standards the JET is a bargain. Room are sizable compared to many budget hotels. Comfortable beds ad good lighting and plugs for charging. Parking in the area is a plus. I had an early checkout for my one night so cannot comment on breakfast

Everything was great. Until I checked out and they wanted my plastic key back. The Lady (Russian?), was very confrontational and insisted that she has to have it back. I usually keep that key because it has my personal information on it. Anyway, I gave in, but it left a bad taste :( The hotel is perfect and in a great location! Great breakfast and clean quiet rooms with comfy beds.

This hotel is close to the airport and is good for those who need to be in proximity for an early flight. The hotel was very busy and the breakfast was crowded but you could still serve yourself. The staff was not unfriendly but they were also not friendly, they seemed burned out and overworked.

Good breakfast was the redeeming feature. No airflow, no air conditioning. Noisy plug in fan was the only method to combat the stuffiness. Hard bed. I accidentally left my toiletries bag in my bathroom when leaving and realised this when at security at the airport. It had a new and expensive electric toothbrush and electric shaver. I was kicking myself. I called the hotel and the man at reception insisted that the cleaners would hand it in but he wouldn’t get it himself (it was a 30 second walk from reception to the room I had stayed in). I got my wife back home to call while I was on the plane and she spoke to the same man who she said was extremely rude to her and complained that I’d already called and emailed and they had to wait for the cleaners. But when I got to the next airport and called the hotel, the next shift worked knew nothing about it and said we’d have to wait till the following day. I was obviously prepared to pay for shipping etc but there was no interest in assisting me. So the next day I called, again no message passed on. This lady said nothing had been handed in which meant it wasn’t there and I should check my luggage to see if I’d misplaced it. The website of this place emphasises customer service and treating guests like family. Not my experience at all. I sent another email and received no response.
