The hotel is clean and location is decent (in front of Kronenstrasse tram stop #11). The reason for a 4 is that the room was very small, and not all housekeeping is the same (sometimes they put everything back and sometimes not).

Great hotel. Front desk agents were very friendly and helpful. We got to hotel well before check in time and although rooms weren’t ready, they got us all checked in so it would be a quick key pick up later. They happily stored our luggage. We returned a couple hours later to drop our Lindt chocolate purchases and were surprised to hear rooms were ready for us. Cozy rooms, very clean. The location is so easy to get to by public transportation (tram) that connects to easily to main train station, airport and all the sights of Zurich.

I stayed for a week in July. Tram stops right in front which was very convenient. It was clean and quiet, very nicely decorated. Many businesses and restaurants in close walking distance. Would definitely recommend.
