Great location and close to main station. Reasonably priced for Zurich but expect the minimum. Self check in and bag storage really handy. Good for a few nights but I wouldn't stay any longer here

The most horrible experience ever in my 72 years. The hotel location is soooo confusing that although I gave the address to the Taxi driver still he took us to the wrong place. Then I have to get another taxi to take us to the right place. Even there the driver got suspicious and took us around then he said I think this is it. Now we finally checked in. They put us at 5 floor up without elevator and we carried our luggage. I didn’t know how to cancel the reservation and go to another place. There is No Soap or anything to call the place A hotel. I am surprised we didn’t have heat attack.

Luggage lift not working and you are expected to carry your heavy ones to the 5th floor and way back. It is not acceptable even when it is advertised as budget hotel. Think of an elderly person have to do this which i believe is just ridiculous!!! No staff around to help or even update when it will start working. Overall very bad experience and would avoid at any cost.

The hotel is adequate for a place to sleep and shower. I would advise against staying in the summer, there is no AC and the rooms are not well ventilated, no fan, no mini fridge for cold drinks, no ice machine. I couldnt sleep well as I kept waking up in a puddle of sweat. The staff that I met was very friendly, helpful, and advised that it was going to be very hot here in the summer.

Very convenient location close to the train station and near the downtown area. They don't have a front desk but it's all automated. You have to look around for breakfast because the closest restaurants doesn't open for that. The price is good for the central area of Zurich

It's not cheap for what you get. Next time I would rather pay little bit more and stay in proper hotel. Location is not 8 mns walk from main train station its 20 mns. Flickering cheap pot lights. Washroom sliding door doesn't close properly shower poor quality curtian shower head very poor quality. It's good for one person for few hrs to sleep n take shower not for couple. No elevator/lift only luggage lift.

Self check in with a very bad system that took a long time and many tries to get right. Very warm in the room and the hotel is in a very noisy area, a restaurant in the backyard that played music well into the night and there was also a lot of noise coming from the street.

Good place. Served it's purpose for our trip.

Check in was contact free and very straight forward. Our room was on the top floor, and there was no lift (this was no issue for us). The room was small, but clean and had all we needed for our stay, including private bathroom. Only issues was: there was no hair dryer and the microwave on the 3rd floor was not cleaned regularly by either the person using it at the time, or housekeeping. Overall, I'd recommend and return if I ever went back to Zürich.

Expected based on price

As expected for the cheap price compared to other hotels. Just a place to stay with a bed, tv, and connected bathroom and shower. Fine for 2 friends comfortable being in close quarters. Would be a bit warm at night since there is no AC but since we weren’t there on a weekend we didn’t have a problem with noise after 11pm or so. If someone asked me if I recommended it I would say it’s fine if you are looking for a budget option and have low expectations/wont be there much.

It's important to keep in mind the hotel rooms are tiny. We called the staff because our sink was clogged, and they helped right away. The worst thing about it is the area. Yes it is close to the main station and a nice shopping area, but the immediate area around it very noisy, dirty and unsafe. We woke up to people screaming are playing loud music multiple times.

Had to re-complete the self check in process due to a technical issue. Wouldn't have been an issue if there was a customer restroom accessible in the lobby, which there is not. Exhaust fan in restroom not working or wired, and the lightweight shower curtain moves with the shower water draft so to stick to shower occupant. Highly recommend bringing a pillow, as the provided pillow is very thin. Extra firm bed, not for "side sleepers". Carry in drinkable water. No kettle or cups provided. Half of the room (8 linear meters) has no electrical receptacle. No USB outlets supplied, so bring your USB phone charger.

Sink and shower both leaked. Bed was very uncomfortable as there was no mattress. Nothing to the pillows. No air conditioning so opened the window but loud all night long so could not sleep. Will not recommend to others.

Neighboring business was very loud until about 22:30 and we wanted to sleep after flight. Since there is not air conditioning windows needed to be open for comfort. They provide no fans to cool and mask the noise. Light switch in bathroom was defective. Would flash on and off in an annoying manner.

There was no amenities, luggage lift was not working i have to carry my luggage to third floor and most importantly i got 10 min late to pickup my luggAge and there was no one to open the door. Luckily some other guest opened the door for me else i would have missed my bus. Do not recommend at all

The hotel was clean but when you have problem the lack of staff is an issue ! I had problems with the A/C . I needed an iron and board , even getting a taxi was an issue !!! The location was good and easily walkable into the Old Town
