Comfy rooms and beds👍

Most important a good bed and pillows. Hotel looks new so just renovated i would guess. Spacious rooms and bath rooms. Balcony is a huge plus. Dont eat breakfast but had a sneak peek one morning. Looked like a good selection.

Great

Absolutely fantastic. According to Goggle this is a two star hotel. I know there are certain criteria for rating hotels, but it has to be at least a three star and of course a five star review hotel. It is very contemporary with spacious and clean rooms. It is in a great location and has great views. Absolutely awesome and welcoming owners. I'd go out of my way to stay here again.

This is the 'my hotel' for me in Zumaia

I am afraid that if I give 9.9 note for hotel, it will be full next time when I will comeback, but htey REALLY deserves this note. I have NO COMPLAINTS at all.

Hyvä ja siisti hotelli lähellä kaikkea

Erittäin hyvä sijainti. Lähellä geoparkia (10min kävelymatka) ja toisessa suunnassa muutaman minuutin päässä "keskusta", jossa kaikki ruokapaikat, kaupat ja baarit. Huoneistomainen hotelli, valoisat ja uudenaikaiset huoneet, mutta äänieristys käytävästä huono. Hieno kylpyhuone. Hyvä aamiainen, ei tosin kovin runsas valikoima. Ystävällinen palvelu.

Book it!

What a gem! We had a spacious and bright room with a king bed and a balcony. The location is great too - a few minutes walk to the beach and town. Convenient parking on site. What sets this place apart from any other good hotel is the customer service. Veronica (front desk agent) was so friendly and helpful and recommended a couple of great restaurants. Thank you Veronica for making our stay extra special!

ENJOYABLE

The hotel was stylish, a nice size room and bathroom with a view. The staff pleasant and helpful. quite small steep roads but manageable. The little town had a few shops, bars and restaurants. The locals really seemed to enjoy their town, sitting chatting int the parks and bars with their families which gave it a nice atmosphere. You can walk along to the harbour or head to beach which was really nice. There was some building work opposite our balacony which didn't really effect us as we were only there 2 nights. Some good places to grab a Pixtos and drink. A nice stay.

Es un hotel pequeño y muy familiar el trato de los dueños es muy agradable, nos ayudaron en todo momento con las salidas que queríamos hacer. El hotel esta bien decorado y es muy comodo, no se oyen ruidos y esta muy bien insonorizado. La única pega es que por los alrededores no se puede aparcar, pero el hotel tiene parking a un precio mas que razonable. Muy recomendable y sin duda volveremos.

Nos encantó absolutamente TODO! Las instalaciones están geniales, tanto zonas comunes como las habitaciones. Todo muy bien cuidado, limpio y con muchísimo gusto, pero lo mejor de todo fue el trato recibido por el personal del hotel: excelente e inmejorable!!! Nos aconsejaron en todo momento que visitar por la zona y estuvieron atentos para satisfacer nuestras necesidades. Sin duda alguna, volveremos a visitarlos si nunca volveos a viajar por esa zona. Recomendable al 1000%!
