"We loved the colonial environment in the hotel. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated. But the rooms were a disappointment. We had asked for a King superior and were given a room with 2 queens. There was no coffee maker, microwave or fridge which one would expect in a hotel of this quality. We did appreciate the shuttle taking us to the airport and their variety of dining areas, especially the buffet. "

"My purpose for booking here was because it was reasonably priced and within walking distance of the airport. We had a private room and bathroom and I felt safe. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful even tho my Spanish is very limited. Breakfast was included and it was good. Noise travelled quite freely, but we had our window open and being so close to the airport, I was not expecting super quiet."

"Beautiful Ann's excellent customer service. I've stayed here several times and each time service had been outstanding. The restaurant and staff provide outstanding service and the selections are exquisite. Love this hotel. Very reasonably priced considering the excellent service and very, very clean rooms. It's also very close to the airport. On a Saturday morning it only took me 8 minutes to get to the airport. Love it. "
