"The house was really nice and perfect for our needs. The inside have nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and a functional kitchen. The outside is fantastic. Lovely garden with a nice pool, well furnished with sunbeds and chairs. Also a lot of flowers and fruit trees. The wievs from the property is amazing! "We had a wonderful week here. Our highlight was definitely the pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was well equipped, wifi strong throughout and beds comfy. The owner lives nearby, and was available on WhatsApp when we needed him (new coffee machine). I would suggest the owner could be a little more generous with his guests (he did not leave enough toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets or laundry soap) and that he should buy some plastic (pool-safe) cups and bowls. "Sumartin ist ein wunderbarer Ort für erholsamen Urlaub. Er ist klein aber fein, man hat alles was man braucht quasi vor der Tür und es gibt ein paar kleine Strände die zu Fuß schnell erreichbar sind. Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass man vom Ortskern zum Haus zwar nicht weit hat, es aber teilweise recht bergauf geht. "Lovely hotel on the coast between Dubrovnik and Split. Rooms were a touch on the small side, but adequate. The pool areas were lovely and there are steps straight down to the beach. There are two little villages each a 10 minute walk along the beach path in either direction. The gym is small, but you can do a workout and it's right by the sea so has good views. Breakfast had lots of options. My only niggle is the fake orange juice from a machine but that seems to be in every hotel in Croatia. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but they will take your car off site if you don't need it. All in all, a lovely relaxing stay."

"Perfect location on the beach… They offer everything! The rooms are just the right size and exactly what you need. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic!… The service is very much above the norm! There are so many places along the beach to pop in and get something to eat drink and be married. Lots of activities at the hotel and close by. Highly recommend! Oh! And… The prices are pretty reasonable considering it’s beachfront "
