The 100 m² holiday home, which accommodates up to 4 people plus a toddler, is situated on a 640 m² recreational plot within the ‘Am Kieferwald’ holiday home development on the outskirts of Zirchow. The holiday home was completed in mid-2022 (first occupied in June 2022). It is spread over two floors and is fitted out to a high standard. On the ground floor, there is a large living/dining area (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player, dining table, wood-burning stove) with an open-plan kitchenette (electric hob with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a sauna room with a sauna and shower, and a guest toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and a bathroom with a bath and shower. A cot and a high chair are available for young children. Internet (Wi-Fi) is also available. Outside, there is a furnished terrace, a barbecue, sun loungers, a covered area for storing your own bicycles and a car parking space.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, an initial supply of firewood, as well as water and electricity consumption.



Zirchow is a small village in the hinterland of the island of Usedom, near the border with Poland. Zirchow is situated directly on the Szczecin Lagoon, which offers plenty of opportunities for swimming and water sports. Just a few kilometres away are the seaside resorts of Heringsdorf (approx. 10 km) and Ahlbeck (approx. 8 km). In Zirchow there is a small shop selling everyday essentials and fresh bread rolls. Furthermore, Heringsdorf Airport is only about 0.5 km away (low flight traffic). There is a restaurant about 0.3 km away. The Baltic Sea beach is approximately 8 km away (Ahlbeck seaside resort).
