"Great hotel, Edgar and Javier are incredible. They hooked us up with a hot breakfast everyday! They also gave us great recommendations on what to do each day. Only thing I would say needs improvement is the plumbing. Toilet struggled to flush more than twice a day and the shower has a weird smell after a while. Room 323 thank you!"

"We had a lovely experience at this hotel from the moment we checked in until we left. Staff was friendly and so helpful in giving us tips for where to go and how to best see some of the animals. On property we saw monkeys, iguanas, agoutis, geckos, raccoons, scarlet macaws, and we just missed a sloth at breakfast one morning. The view from the top floor is beautiful and we spent a rainy morning playing cards up there and enjoying the view. The staff at the spa was great and my nails are still looking great a week later! Breakfast (included) was delicious and the sushi was also very good (and very large portions!). Overall we’d definitely return!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The grounds were absolutely stunning, and the rooms were lovely, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we could have needed. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. One of the highlights was being surrounded by Costa Rica’s incredible wildlife. We were lucky enough to see monkeys, macaws, and so many other beautiful birds and animals right around the property. It truly felt like we were immersed in nature while still enjoying all the comforts of a wonderful hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended!"
