"So glad I found this gem. Every staff person was very friendly, helpful and good energy. The pool had a chill and private vibe. Room had GREAT A/C! Perfectly located in the middle of the main road so walking distance to restaurants but I would recommend a car or shuttle to the beach as it would be a steep uphill climb back."

"Amazing stay at Ecotica. The room with two queen beds was quite spacious and it was spotless everyday. We also were up in the trees where we were graced with squirrel monkey’s swinging in the trees next to our room every day. We saw a sloth up close and white face monkeys every day along with many other animals. It truly was a treat! The grounds were lush and beautiful and the staff were magical! Definately staying her again!"

The rules are vast and well decorated. The food at the restaurant was super good and the price was really competitive compared to other restaurants. We tried around the hotel. "Amazing location very close to the beach and park! We saw monkeys most mornings at the restaurant by the pool. Beautiful rainforest location. Breakfasts were good. The food was good and everyone was friendly. I would stay here again. I prefer to be near the park in the beach, it did require a taxi or Uber to hit the finer restaurants in town. Everything was clean, the cleaning people were quick and friendly. No complaints. "
