The apartment no. 41 is on the 1st floor of the very beautiful residential complex Residenz Bellevue in 17454 Zinnowitz, Heimweg 12. This architecturally sophisticated and high quality condominium is located in a scenic location. The beach and the center of Zinnowitz are within walking distance. In the residence Bellevue we rent exclusive apartments (apartment 2, apartment 6, apartment 14, apartment 32, apartment 33, apartment 34, apartment 36, apartment 38, apartment 39, apartment 40, apartment 41, apartment 43, apartment 49, apartment 59). • Guests can make free calls to German landlines and use high-speed Internet access via LAN free of charge. We rent apartments in Zinnowitz, Zempin, Koserow, Loddin, Bansin and Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom. With us you will find everything from the exclusive 5-star apartment to the cheap apartment. Many apartments have free telephone and DSL.

We offer you a beautiful 3-room apartment on the 1st floor for 4 adults plus 1 toddler. • The two balconies are facing south, with patio chairs, table, 2 sun loungers and 2 umbrellas • The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) for 2 persons, a wardrobe, table set, with clock radio and a cot (120 x 60 cm ) fitted. • The children's room has two single beds for 2 persons (each measuring 90 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a flat-screen TV. • Large living and dining room with sofa and dining table, cable TV, CD player, DVD player and telephone are in the living room, in the hallway is a DSL-Lan connection • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, Refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hand mixer, plenty of dishes • bathroom with toilet, bathtub, towel radiator, washing machine • baby equipment (cot, high chair). The equipment for the cot is to be brought by the tenant

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
