Fantastic holiday home under thatch with sauna, bathtub, fireplace and WiFi
Our dream under thatch is a place to relax. It is ideal for families or groups of friends and couples. The house is lovingly furnished and offers plenty of space for young and old on 115 m². The entire house has underfloor heating and 2 bathrooms are available. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a Finnish sauna. The spacious, light-flooded living and dining area is located on the ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, free WiFi is available in our house and a flat screen TV is of course not missing either.
The house is well suited for self catering. In the cold season, a wood-burning stove ensures a cozy atmosphere.
The outdoor area has a large terrace with a large table, 6 garden chairs and 2 loungers and a beach chair, so that there is always the possibility to eat together, spend time and enjoy fresh sea air. An electric grill is available for grilling.
We deliberately opted for solid wood furniture to underline the natural character of the house.
A washing machine is also included.
So that you can also explore the island by bike, two of them are available free of charge in our thatched garden shed.

super Urlaub
Wir waren angenehm überrascht über die Sauberkeit in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet , es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Schöne Terasse und ruhige Lage. Umgebung ist sehr schön und es gibt in der Nähe viele Ausflugsziele für Familien mit Kindern.
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus zum Erholen und Entspannen.
Wir haben uns im Sonnenanker sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus immer wieder buchen und auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen

Sehr sauberes Haus
Wir haben das Haus in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Da gab es rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Allerdings die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auf Anrufe oder Emails wurde nicht einmal reagiert. Über diese Agentur würde ich, trotz des tollen Hauses, nicht nochmal buchen.

Ferienhaus am Rande von Zinnowitz
Ein wirklich schönes Reetdachhaus am Ortsrand von Zinnowitz. Mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad ist es kein Problem die Gegend zu erkunden. Alles das benötigt wird ist in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lokale und der Strand. Es war wirklich eine erholsame Woche.

Super schönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren zur Hochsaison in Zinnowitz. Trotzdem liegt das Haus absolut ruhig in der Ferienanlage außerhalb des Ortes. Zu Fuß ist es allerdings zu weit in den Ort oder ans Meer. Es sind zwei ordentliche Fahrräder vorhanden.
Eines der 3 Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße und ist daher etwas lauter, aber nicht dramatisch. Die Ausstattung des Hauses übertraf alle Vorstellungen.
Zusammenfassend war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem super Objekt. Wir würden wieder kommen, oder das Objekt weiter empfehlen :)
Negativ war für uns:
- Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer quietscht extrem laut.
- Unter Schlafzimmer sowie einige Gegenstände in der Küche (sowie der Grill) waren nicht sauber geputzt. Im unteren Schlafzimmer war der Boden voll Sand vom Vorgänger und das Bad nicht gut gereinigt.
- Lage weit vom Meer
- Unabhängig von der Anlage, waren wir doch sehr überrascht, dass bis auf in den Geschäften sich hier niemand an die aktuellen Corona-Regeln hält. Sehr viele Menschen auf kleinem Raum am Strand und in der Stadt. Einige Kellner trugen keine Maske oder sie nur unter der Nase. So fuhren wir jeden Tag mit den Fahrrädern in die Einsamkeit raus. (Mitte August 2020)

- Super für uns mit Oma u Opa, die unten wohnten und wir im oberen Stockwerk.

- Toller, großer Garten mit Terrasse. Wir konnten jeden Abend draußen sitzen.

Traumhaftes Haus
Sehr sauberes, hochwertig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, das eigentlich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Lediglich die Ostsee ist nicht fußläufig zu erreichen, aber für einen Winterurlaub war uns das nicht so wichtig.
