Are you looking for a holiday home for your next holiday in Zingst? Maybe we have the perfect holiday home for you! Our house is located in a traffic-calmed zone, i.e. in the immediate vicinity of the beach, approx. 300 m and you can already enjoy the fine sandy beach and the marvellous Baltic Sea!

The small holiday flat is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance with a small hallway. The living/bedroom is equipped with a cosy sitting area, SAT/TV and radio with CD and stick, as well as Internet/WLAN (free of charge) and a small selection of books and games. You sleep in a double bed (180x200). There is a separate kitchenette, which is closed off from the living room/bedroom by a door. You will not be disturbed by the noise of the fridge. Induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. are available. In the small holiday flat small WC/shower/hairdryer External roller blind

On the property there are 2 terraces equipped with garden furniture and a free car park for your vehicle. Central, quiet location. The beach crossing -17- is only a 4-minute walk away. The fine sandy, white beach has a length of approx. 18 km in the national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft". 2 green terraces in the garden, well suited for breakfast.

In July and August please book only 7 days from Friday to Friday...........Year change please from 5 nights.........

National Park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft" All embankments are equipped with cycle paths. Around Zingst e.g. 11.2 km By bike in the direction of Prerow, Wieck, Born, Ahrenshoop, Barth etc..........60 Watch 000 cranes in spring and autumn during their stopover.....

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage.

FeWo liegt nah zum Strand und Stadt Zentrum. Wir hatten hier eine wunderschöne Ferien- Woche. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir werden nochmal kommen. 😊
