Modern beachfront vacation apartment complex on the Baltic Sea—Apartment Complex

Want to leave everyday life behind? Escape the stress, unwind, and clear your head?

Enjoy a beach holiday on the Baltic Sea, take long walks along the shore, or explore the Darß Peninsula by bike?

Whether you’re travelling with the kids, friends, or just the two of you, the “Seeschwalbe” holiday rental is the perfect place for it. Located right on the dike and the beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach of the Darß, this bright and welcoming two-story maisonette offers plenty of space for four people—or up to six if needed.

On the first level, the holiday rental features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

From the cosy and light-filled living room—featuring a corner sofa, dining table, and open kitchen—you can step out onto the balcony and take an interior staircase up to the second level.
There you’ll find another separate room that can be used as a third bedroom or as a spacious bedroom and playroom for children.

A private parking space and a lockable bike shed are, of course, available, as are satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

At the Residenz am Strand, you can also relax in the wellness area—featuring a sauna, spa pool, and infrared cabin—for an additional fee.

We look forward to welcoming you and wish you a wonderful holiday!

A laundromat with washing machines and dryers is available for a fee.

Welcome to the Residenz am Strand

This exclusive holiday apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, and just a few metres from the pier and the “shopping promenade.”

With our wide range of options, we can fulfil every wish—from solo travellers to family holidays, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore the area, get to the beach quickly, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, spa pool, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
