Comfortable beachfront vacation apartment with a balcony in Zingst - Residence

This holiday rental, featuring an east-facing balcony, is located on the ground floor and measures approximately 52 m².
The thoughtfully selected furnishings and the modern kitchen—integrated into the living room—create a cosy atmosphere for your holiday.

The separate bedroom, featuring a nearly new double bed, also offers plenty of storage space.
The comfortable sofa bed in the living room sleeps one person.

The well-maintained bathroom, like the entire apartment, is equipped with heated floors.

The underground car park includes a parking space for one car and a shared bicycle storage area.

For your relaxation, the complex offers a sauna and whirlpool (by appointment) as well as a laundromat—all available for a fee.

Welcome to the Residenz am Strand

This exclusive holiday apartment complex is located directly behind the Baltic Sea dike and the fine sandy beach, and just a few metres from the pier and the “shopping promenade.”

With our wide range of options, we can fulfil every wish—from solo travellers to family holidays, there’s something for everyone. Do you want to explore the area, get to the beach quickly, or would you prefer an apartment with a lake view? Here you’ll find the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday.

We’ll take care of your bicycles just as we do your car, and for your comfort, the complex offers a sauna, spa pool, and laundry facility (for a fee). Internet access is, of course, free, and thanks to one of the last authentic local bakeries, a bread roll delivery service is also available.
