You’ll be welcomed by a lovingly furnished, bright ground-floor holiday apartment with its own free parking space (No. 09) and a small, west-facing, partially covered terrace where you can end the day with a meal in the evening sun.

Your approximately 52 m² holiday apartment also offers plenty of space for up to 4 people:

A spacious living room with a cosy sofa, a large flat-screen SMART TV with MagentaTV Smart (including the 2026 FIFA World Cup, among other channels) and RTL+ Premium included (you can also sign in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) and a Blu-ray player, a small, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a built-in oven; a bright, modern bathroom with a large shower; a bedroom with a double bed and a built-in closet; and another bedroom or children’s room with a daybed that can be extended to a double bed size of 160 x 200 cm. A travel cot is also available.
You’ll find a large, suitable playground for children about 200 m from your apartment.

Shopping options such as a supermarket, bakery, and bike rental are within walking distance.
