  • The 64 m² holiday apartment is located on the ground floor, just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and the Baltic Sea beach.

    The spacious living area, with ample seating for up to 4 people, flows directly into the dining area and the open kitchenette, which is modern and fully equipped. This area also provides access to the furnished west-facing balcony.

    Both bedrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, a double bed, and a large closet. The exterior roller shades allow you to darken the rooms very effectively.

    The bathroom is equipped with a shower, which has been modernised and now features a low threshold.

    Of course, the property also includes a parking space for your vehicle and a shed for bicycles.

    Starting in November 2025, the house will have its own fiber-optic connection and high-speed internet.

    A washing machine and a clothes dryer are available in the house (for a fee).
