  • The holiday flat Residenz am Strand - 2-room flat in Zingst is a high-quality furnished accommodation in the first row directly on the beach of Zingst.

    The 53 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 newly renovated bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Facilities also include WLAN and a TV. A washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the basement of the house for a fee. A private sauna is available in the house. A baby cot and a high chair can be borrowed for a fee.

    One car parking space is available in an underground car park, the entrance is 2.10 m high. Bicycles can also be safely parked in the underground car park. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Guests have access to the sauna for an additional fee and by arrangement. The property has guidelines in place to help guests separate waste correctly.
