Der Check-in war unkompliziert. Die Küchenausstattung war mit sehr schönen Tassen und Tellern. Die Töpfe und Pfanne waren für einfaches Essen zubereiten okay.

Schöne Zeit in Strand- und Ortsnähe

Wir hatten für Anfang Juni sechs Übernachtungen gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. (Für Regen und böigen Wind kann man nun mal niemand etwas.) Die FeWo ist für zwei Personen bestens geeignet, ruhig gelegen, und im Unterschied zu früheren Erfahrungen in anderen Quartieren ist die Küche mit gutem Zubehör ausgestattet. Der reservierte Parkplatz ist gleich vor dem Haus; in den Ort, dort wo das Leben spielt, sind es nicht mehr als zwei, drei Minuten zu Fuß. Fahrräder kann man sicher in einem separaten, verschließbaren Schuppenabstellen. Wenn es etwas zu meckern gibt, dann die Tatsache, dass sich der Dienstleister mit der Schlüsselgabe um einen Tag vertan hatte, sodass es nach der Ankunft zu warten hieß. Als Entschädigung ließ es sich die Besitzerin der FeWo aufgrund des kleinen Malheurs nicht nehmen, selbst nach dem Rechten zu schauen und uns eine kleine Entschädigung persönlich auszuhändigen. Eine schöne Geste! Auch dies noch: Im Schlafzimmer ist Vorsicht geboten, um sich nicht an der hölzernen Abdeckung der oberen Kante zu stoßen. Das ist meiner Frau mehrfach passiert.

Schönes Appartement in guter Lage

Das Apartment ist modern und gemütlich ausgestattet. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. In 10min ist man am Strand und durchquert dabei die schöne Einkaufsstraße hin zum Strand. Für die Agentur gab es einen Stern Abzug. Bei Anreise war die Dame sehr "genervt", warum auch immer. Ablagefächer im Schrank waren sehr staubig, wodurch weiße Textilien ein paar "graue Ränder" hatten. Und die Glühbirne für den Außenbereich war defekt, hat man trotz Meldung zu Urlaubsbeginn nicht geschafft zu erneuern. Aber das ist durchaus jammern auf hohem Niveau, deshalb auch Gesamtbewertung mit 5Sternen. Wir kommen gern wieder! Alles in allem war es eine schöne Zeit vor Ort.

Tolle Wohnung

Eine ganz tolle für 2 Personen perfekte Wohnung in allerbester Lage. Völlig ruhig und doch in wenigen Gehminuten im Zentrum. Zimmer und Einrichtung super, dazu eine schöne fast nicht einsehbare Terasse. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert👍👍

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Helle Wohnung, kleiner Balkon und alles wie angegeben eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt in Strandnähe, ebenso eine kleine Shoppingmeile.

Kurztripp nach Zingst

Tolle Unterkunft, alles wie im Inserat angegeben. Allerdings wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Wohnung schon mal vorgeheizt worden wäre. Bei 3 Grad war es dort wie im Eiskeller. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Eigentlich eine schöne Ferienwohnung bloß die Dusche müsste mal etwas gemacht werden. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank nicht sauber und die Dusche war sehr dreckig so das noch mal einer kommen mußte zum putzen. Sonst war die Wohnung sehr schön und sauber.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Wir haben den Kurzaufenthalt in der sauberen, nett eingerichteten und großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Dame bei der Zimmervermittlung im Ort, bei der die Schlüsselübergabe stattfand. Sie hat uns sehr unfreundlich empfangen und war z.B. genervt darüber, dass wir die Buchungsbestätigung nur digital dabeihatten. Etwas gnädiger hat uns schließlich gestimmt, dass sie beim Zurückbringen des Schlüssels plötzlich sehr nett war. Dies alles tut aber der Qualität der Wohnung keinen Abbruch - sie ist ein Wohlfühlort!

Zingst im September

Eine super Wohnung mit komfortabler Ausstrahlung zentral und ruhig gelegen. Zur Info, nicht alle Fenster haben ein Fliegengitter wie im Text beschrieben. Das war aber kein Problem. Für uns war es einne super Wochen und würden die Wohnung jedem empfehlen und immer wieder buchen.

Zingst ist eine Reise wert!

Die Wohnung ist schön, modern und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist zentral. Zingst ist ein netter Familienbadeort und hat Charme. Dazu kommt der lange schöne Strand.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Lage und Áusstattung war super, ruhige Terasse und allgemein ein schönes Objekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei einem Dienstleister vor Ort war allerdings unschön, wir wurden dort von der Verwalterin regelrecht angepöbelt. Die Kinder dürften nicht barfuß ins Büro und wir hatten die Unterlagen nur digital dabei. Offensichtlich wäre ihr ein Fax oder ein berittener Bote lieber gewesen. Willkommen im 21. Jahrhundert... Wir kommen gern wieder, den Schlüssel bekommen wir aber dann hoffentlich woanders.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus. Sehr zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und bestens ausgestattet. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Die Kommunikation zwischen FeWo-direkt, dem Vermieter und dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort sollte verbessert werden. Das Netzwerkpasswort ist in den Unterlagen von FeWo-direkt falsch geschrieben, steht aber richtig im Ordner, welcher in der Ferienwohnung liegt.

Moderne geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Herrlicher Aufenthalt in einer auf aktuellem technischen Stand eingerichteten Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen, zentrumsnah. Hervorzuheben auch ein großer eigener Fahrradschuppen! Sehr schön!
