" Very nice property in a bad area of Zihua. Pool is small and obstructed from the sun on 4 sides which didn’t work for us. Wouldn’t stay there again but only based on location and the pool."

"Excellent beach view. The bath and pool towels were very old.l had a terrible experience because a termite infestation suddenly appeared in my room and I had to be moved. The lock on the terrace window didn't work."

"I traveled with two kids and my husband. Overall, we had a good time. The location is beautiful right by the beach. The beach is clean no vendors harassing you. You are just steps away from the beach. Across the street from the hotel you have little stores and restaurants. as I mentioned I traveled with kids. one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel was for the kids club. The kids club is very limited not very much activities. They only open for a couple hours. Another reason why I’m giving it three star is the lack of room service staff. The staff does not really answer the phone when you try to order and they have a charge every time you order. The choices of food at the resort were OK. The food was not bad, I just wish there was more choices. Overall, it was an ok resort. "

"The property owners are really welcoming and willing to make the most out of our stay. Very quiet stay to come back to after a day out in the town. A lot of places to eat and shop, as well as a short walk to the beach. Would definitely go back. "

"Decent stay. A little noisy with car alarms, engines and horns. A/C was off at 10am. Clean rooms with clean sheets and towels. No hot water at 8am."
