GRÖSSE DES FERIENHAUS

Für fünf Erwachsene ist das Haus sehr klein. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Sauna ist einfach zu bedienen. Anleitung zur Benutzung gut geschrieben. Im großen und ganzen war es ein sehr schöner kurzer Urlaub. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ausreichend.

Trotz unbeständigem Winterwetter hatten wir 6 sehr entspannte Urlaubstage - vor allem auch wegen der wirklich schönen Unterkunft. Das Haus hat voll unseren Geschmack getroffen...und das schließt auch das Urteil unserer Kinder ein! Ganz lieben Dank!

Die Anlage machte einen sehr guten Eindruck - sauber, gepflegt und neu. Das Haus war wirklich gemütlich und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Dass die Sauna nicht privat mit im Haus, sondern zur geteilten Nutzung von allen Häusern ist, war zwar kein Problem, hätte aber in der Beschreibung noch etwas deutlicher werden können.

Gerne wieder

Wir ein wunderschönes gemütliches Haus vorgefunden in einer netten ruhigen Umgebung. Im Haus ist vieles gut aufeinander abgestimmt und man merkt, daß sich jemand sehr gute Gedanken bei allem gemacht hat. Die Sauna war auch super. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht sehr weit und um was einzukaufen, springt man kurz ins Auto in den nächsten Ort. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus ist perfekt. Würde ich selbst eines bauen wollen, sollte es genau so sein. Die Ausstattung ist super. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Scharfe Messer sind vorhanden, keine zerkratzten Pfannen und es gibt eine Nespresso Maschine! Wenn man Rückfragen hatte, wurde sich prompt drum gekümmert. Frühstück auf der Terrasse und man schaut über Roggenfelder die mit Mohnblumen gesäumt sind. Normalerweise kommen wir selten wieder, nicht weil es uns nicht gefallen hat, sondern weil wir gern etwas Neues erleben wollen. Aber hin und wieder gibt es Ausnahmen, weil es einfach besonders toll war. So auch hier. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Außerdem gibt es noch so viele Radwege, die wir mit unseren Kindern entdecken wollen. Sehr schöne Ecke der Ostsee und ganz im Gegenteil wie es durch Corona überall gezeigt wurde, gar nicht überfüllt. Ja, man kann hier nicht so flanieren wie in Binz, aber dafür hat man eine himmlische Ruhe und nahezu leere Strände. Wer runterkommen möchte, abschalten vom Stress und ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus sucht, sollte sofort hier buchen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist in einem perfekten Zustand. Die Terrasse mit Grill ermöglicht im Sommer gemütliche Stunden. Im Haus ist vieles recht eng bemessen: Essplatz und Schlafräume. Die Sitzmöbel sind leider eher hübsch als gemütlich.

Schöne Tage an der Ostsee

Von Buchung bis Abreise hat alles prima und kinderleicht geklappt. Das Haus war sehr spannend für unsere Kinder (Doppelstockbett, Spielboden mit Spielzeug) und uns. Eine Absicherung des Treppeaufgangs nach unten hin wäre nich sinnvoll, damit kleine Kinder auch mal alleine oben spielen könnten. Die Lage ist top am Rande der Siedlung mit weitem Blick über die Felder und einem 15 min Spaziergang zum Meer wo es auch einen schönen Spielplatz gab. Alles was man braucht bietet das Objekt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Ein großes Lob!

Wunderschön eingerichtet: Ein Highlight!

Tolle Eineinrichtung! Sehr stilsicher! Die Kinder waren begeistert von dem Spitzboden. Wir haben eine Matratze über die Öffnung geschoben, so konnten wir beruhigt sein, dass kein Kind herunter fällt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren begeistert!

Ein toller Urlaub

Tolles Ferienhaus, bestens ausgestattet in sehr ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber, gute Einteilung. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es lediglich für die schlechte WLAN-Verbindung. An mehreren aufeinanderfolgend heißen Tagen wird es im Haus sehr warm, was einen guten Schlaf erschwert. Insgesamt aber top und gerne wieder!

One Week Family Break

The property was well maintained and cleaned and fairly well equipped with a useful information folder provided. Communication with owners was efficient and quick response. We would recommend the place as a good place to rent for a younger family for a week. The property is only a 10 minute walk from a Zierow beach which is fairly quiet with nice sandy beach but really calm and safe bay for children to paddle and play in the sea its very shallow so ideal for those with younger kids. The kitchen is compact but manageable and the "loft" area is great for the kids to play in and have fun. Apart from a couple of additions to the kitchen set up the only other thing that could be improved a little is the WIFI connectivity. The connectivity kept dropping out the first couple of days but it improved as the week progressed but did drop out intermittently through our stay but we still managed to get on line research the local area and book tickets etc so it was not a major problem. Nearby Wismar is a pretty little town centre but Lubeck is well worth a visit what a stunning city this is. Just a little tip for getting around the local area by train we drove to a little town called Bad Kleinen which is a small place but is a railway interchange and is great to get to Lubeck, Hamburg, Schwerin and Rostock we bought a Mecklenburg - Vorpommern ticket valid after 9am and can travel anywhere in the area all day this was only 27 Euros for 2 adults and 2 Kids (kids travel free) each additional adult is only 4 Euros. We found this great value to get around the area but a car is essential staying in Zierow there are shops, supermarket and petrol stations around 4-5kilometre away on the way to Wismar from the village. Overall though a nice area and a decent holiday rental.
