整体环境还不错，去玩不建议住这里。

整体环境还不错，但是酒店的设施比较陈旧，再加上离朱家尖和普陀景区比较远，去舟山游玩的话不建议住在这里。

服务欠缺硬件有待更换

前台办理入住的手续速度很快挺满意，但是办理退房手续时一个男孩子非常木纳，接房卡时不和客人打招呼，电脑里查验后给客房部打了电话报退房期间，一句话也不和客人说，导致客人站着傻等，最后还是另外一位工作人员提醒他，他才意识到客人没有额外消费可以离店了，感受极差。说说房内设施，布局合理，但是卫生间的毛巾都比较破旧，淋浴房会漏水出来，密封条需要加固。床非常硬，床品有待提高品质。

Worth to stay.

Friendly staffs n helpful. Breakfast is good n included in the rate. No air condition during my staying period but nice to provide us with fan. However, it is not hot. Price is the Deal.

很好的酒店

总的来说是很不错的酒店，房间很大感觉比一般的国内五星酒店要好一些。因为我容易过敏，要求服务员给我换防过敏的枕头，服务员也很快就给我换了。早餐非常好种类很丰富。就是厕所的灯光有点暗，对于需要化妆的女生来说可能不方便。

Excellent hotel ensuring a great stay

A very pleasant and comfortable stay. The team is very courteous and always at call. Front manager / Ms.Elena who ensures that the guests are always comfortable. The rooms are large and comfortable. They have pool, sauna. All facilities are good. I will definitely stay again.

접근성과 주변환경이 좋은 호텔

전반적으로 편한 여행이었습니다. 객실도 꽤 컸으며, 청결도도 좋았습니다. 다만, 객실의 카페트의 상태가 좋질 않아, 보기에 좋지 않았습니다. 주변에 백화점(1층에 왓슨스가 있음)과 테스코(지금은 뱅가드로 바뀜)가 있고, 많은 식당들이 있어 일상용품이나 식료품을 사기에 편리했으며, 구시가지와 신시가지로 통하는 버스정류장도 가까이 있어 접근성도 좋았습니다. 제공된 조식도 중식 위주의 구성이었으나, 필수 양식도 준비되어 있어 불편함은 없었습니다.

春节去普陀山，在这里住了两天，感觉很不错。房间很大很舒适，服务人员也很热情，早餐还不错，周边有很多高档酒店，价格不算低。就是春节期间周围很冷清。
