"It was disappointing that you couldn’t get something to eat for dinner. The rooms were hot, between 27-30 degrees. The rooms were tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. It was like turning back the clock 15 years."

"部屋の照明やカーテンのスイッチが壊れていて押しても反応が悪かった。エレベーターの部屋カードを読み取る機械が反応せず、自分の部屋の階を通り過ぎてしまった。 電気系の不具合が多い印象だった。"
