"It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. "

"This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. "The highlight of the hotel is the customer service of the family owned business. The hotel is decent and has everything you need, The staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Don’t wait and book it, they helped us arrange the tours and transition, you won’t have time to spend at the hotel as the tours are the entire day from early morning till late pm. It is really close to the airport. We are so lucky we booked this property. They are truly amazing "
