The hotel is nicely decorated. However our room at times smells of tobacco smoke which I think is coming from the vents.
Has washing facility which was very useful. Staff helpful and accomodating.

"The entire place was cold. Staff is waking around in winter coats throughout the facility . My father’s room was extremely cold even after staff came to help him adjust the heat. All staff were very helpful and friendly."
