IntercityHotel Berlin Airport BER Terminal 1+2

IntercityHotel Berlin Airport BER Terminal 1+2

8/10 Good
"my booking was not on business for 2 people but leisure and solo traveler. The room price I confirmed at the time of my booking was different from the price I actually paid for. My booking was considered as business for 2 people. Last fall, I had a similar problem at the Intercity Hotel, near the Berlin Train Station. I was asked if I wold like to upgrade my room, I said no thank you. However, the staff upgraded my room. I had to pay for the higher rate for the upgraded room."
