~ LOCATION ~
Lake Village resort is one of the most convenient locations for your Lake Tahoe vacation – an exceptional lodging alternative to the area’s many hotels! Located in a quiet forested area, across the highway from a beautiful meadow and stunning Lake Tahoe, with miles of forest and trails for running, hiking and mountain biking just 90 yards from the front door. Only minutes from world-class skiing, hiking, biking, boating, beaches and casinos with incredible entertainment. There are three family-friendly beaches within minutes of the condo (Nevada Beach, upscale Round Hill Pines Resort, and Zephyr Cove Beach Resort), all offering spectacular sandy shores and incredible views of the lake and mountain peaks. Heavenly Ski Resort, boasting miles of pristine mountain trails, is a short drive away.

The condo is located just 1.5 miles from downtown Heavenly Village, which has a plethora of shopping and dining options, a movie theater, mini-golf and bungee trampolines (summer) and ice-skating rink (winter) – and of course the gondola station. Prestigious Edgewood Golf Course and Hotel is only half a mile away, and within 1,000 yards in the other direction is a 24-hour gym, a Safeway grocery store, bars and restaurants. Lake Tahoe Visitors Information Center, which will give you great information on the local area, is just down the highway.

~ AMENITIES ~
As our guest, you will have access to the Lake Village Clubhouse, where you can use the heated outdoor swimming pool (open May-October, after the snow melts!), year-round hot tub, male/female saunas, ping-pong and pool tables, BBQ area and fire-pit, and a deluxe children’s play area. Hang out with your friends or sit and soak at the end of the day, while you watch the sun set over the mountains across the lake!

~ CABIN FACILITIES ~
Guests enter our cabin on the mid-level, which contains a large master suite, with an incredibly comfortable queen-sized master bed with pillow-top mattress, spacious full bathroom, and walk-in closet. The master bedroom is equipped with a 55” Roku-enabled smart TV, ready for you to use with your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc.).

At the top of the condo is a spacious living area, comprising dining area, kitchen, guest restroom, and a large lounge area with a gas fireplace and 65” Roku-enabled smart TV. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with additional bar seating in the kitchen, and the lounge has two comfortable sofas. On the top level, you have access to our deck – a perfect space to dine outside and enjoy the summer sunshine, while looking out over the mountains and towards the lake.

On the lower level, you will find one queen bedroom, one bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom/laundry room, and a spacious living area with a leather lounger-sofa that converts to a full (double) bed. Once again, there is a 55” Roku-enabled smart TV in the living room – a perfect area for kids to chill out after a tough day on the slopes or at the beach!

Our Tahoe cabin offers free, super-fast WiFi and a smart Roku TV on every level – all of which are ready for you to log in to your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon etc. – no cable). There is a full front-loading washing machine and tumble dryer in the condo (in the lower level bathroom), so there’s no need to over-pack!

Our Tahoe cabin is in a very quiet location, yet conveniently close to all of Tahoe's many activities – you name it, you can do it in Tahoe! ~ OCCUPANCY RULES & REGULATIONS ~
1. No Smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind within 10 feet of the building!
2. No Pets.
3. Per Douglas County Code rules: weddings/parties/events of any kind or size are NOT permitted on the property or in the condo. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and be subject to additional fines.
4. Only 8 persons are allowed at any time in the condo.
5. Two cars are allowed at the condo at any time, and should be parked in the lot outside the condo, in the space marked with the unit number and the one immediately adjacent. There is no street parking, per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. Per Douglas County Code, failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle. Per the HOA Regulations, there is no parking of boats, trailers or RVs in the parking spaces at the condo, or in-front of the condo.
6. DOUGLAS COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE mandates quiet hours from 9:00pm TO 8:00am DAILY – these rules are very strictly enforced.
7. Must be at least 25 years old to book. Per Douglas County Code, photo ID will be required as proof of eligibility to rent.
8. We will email you with details of check in/out procedures, and with a short-term rental agreement and forms for completion, upon confirmation of reservation.
